Booking / Refund / Cancellation Policy

The Online Reservation System is offered by “Pahadi House”.This facility is only for persons holding a Valid Credit Card / Net Banking Account. The users / guests are not allowed to make a transaction using a third party credit card / Net Banking Account.

The users are requested to take utmost precautions while making online reservations and are requested not to share credit card / net banking details with any other person or ask any other person for help while executing a transaction on the internet. In case if you are not conversant with internet operations and the use of the net banking / online credit card payments we request you to desist from using this facility and instead call us and make the bookings. Our Contact details are provided under ‘Contact Us’.

The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Reservations, its cancellation policy, tariff and package rates and other terms without any notice.

Check in Time : 11 am. Check Out Time : 12 pm. Extension of check out time will entitle a charge and will be strictly based upon room availability.

The users are requested not to skip any details and are required to submit all the information as required, including the contact details, telephone/ mobile numbers and e-mail ID’s for us to get in touch with you. We reserve the right to refuse the booking / cancel the reservation / not honour the reservation, due to lack of proper data.

After submitting the details when the transaction for Net Banking / Online credit payments are being processed, we request you to be patient and await for the instructions as set by the bank/service provider. If the processing of the payment is not successful, due to any reasons (for eg., Servers not authenticating, interruption of the transaction by break down in service or internet access, etc.) we request you to first check with your credit card company / bank whether the amounts have been debited.

You will be shown a Confirmation Request voucher after the transaction is successfully executed. You are required to take a print out of the same and preserve the same for future reference. You will receive a Confirmation Voucher by e-mail from Pahadi House giving all the details of your booking and the amounts charged.

This Confirmation Voucher which you receive by e-mail is to be carried by the guest and is required to be produced by the guest at the time of Check-in at Pahadi House along with the Credit Card through which you made the booking. The credit card is to be produced for verification purposes only and this verification shall be done strictly in your presence.

The bookings shall always be treated as on request until you obtain a confirmation e-mail from our side. The guests are requested to check the details in the Confirmation E-mail Voucher, and ensure that the same is in order. Any discrepancy in the same is to be intimated immediately to the resortl reservations. We reserve the right not to entertain any amendments / rectifications later.

Additional items/facilities/services utilized by the guest, if any, will be billed to the guest and must be settled by the guest at the time of Check Out by way of Cash or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard only). Should the guest fail to make payment for any item(s) the Management shall have the right to process a charge on the credit card supplied to them at the time of Reservation / Check-in. Guests are required to settle and collect their final bill at the time of Check-out.

By using this Online Reservation module, it is implied that you and the guest have read and understood the Website terms and conditions and Online Reservations terms and conditions. By using this website and the Online Reservation facility you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions including the Cancellation Policy.

All bookings made through this facility is to be done by the person who intends to use the services or on his behalf with his full knowledge, and the services / reservations are not transferable to persons other than those for whom the reservation was made. All cancellations and refunds are handled in offline mode and are subject to the terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

Information about the user/guest shall be kept confidential except where it may be necessary to confirm the genuineness of the user/guest’s identity for purposes of payment/receipt of funds or funds transfer or where it is requested by any regulation, statute, authority or government.Limited Liability

Jurisdiction

The laws in force in India govern these Conditions and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Cancellation Policy

  • For any amendment or cancellation of bookings you must inform by email to reservations@oldkentestates.com and receive confirmation.
  • Amendments or cancellation of bookings will attract retention charges.
  • For Amendment or Cancellation of bookings :
  • 3 weeks/21 Days before 1st booking date – 100% will be refunded.
  • 2 weeks/14 days before 1st booking date – 75% will be refunded.
  • 1 week/7days before 1st booking date – 25% will be refunded.
  • 1 week/7days before 1st booking date – 25% will be refunded.
  • In case of No Show, Late Check-in or Early Check-out within the reserved duration, there will be no refund or discount.
  • If payment was made by Credit Card or bank transfer, refund, if any, will also be issued only through the Credit card or bank transfer respectively. Refunds will normally be processed and issued within 2 weeks from date of cancellation.

Ammendment Policy

  • Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
  • Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
